This document outlines all the terms for using the bdbad platform — please read carefully before creating an account.
Introduction & Applicability
General Information
bdbad is an online betting and casino platform that provides services in Bengali for Bangladeshi users. These Terms ("Terms") are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and apply to all services described in this document. bdbad reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
Scope of Applicability
These Terms apply to all of the following:
- Any person who visits the bdbad website
- Any registered member or account holder
- Any person using any service on the platform
- Anyone participating in any bdbad promotional offer
Account Registration & Management
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use services on the bdbad platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age (for users aged 21 and above only)
- You are entitled to create only one account in your own name
- You will provide accurate identity and contact information
- You are not accessing the service from a restricted jurisdiction
- You are legally capable of entering into a contract
2.2 Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bdbad support team immediately. Repeated incorrect password attempts may result in a temporary account suspension.
2.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Operating multiple accounts
- Registering using another person's identity
- Providing false or inaccurate information
- Transferring an account to a third party
- Fraudulent activity against the platform
2.4 Identity Verification
bdbad may request identity verification at any time to ensure secure service. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restriction or closure. Additional verification may be required when deposit or withdrawal amounts exceed certain thresholds. All information is stored with complete confidentiality.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at bdbad is ৳100 (for all methods). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). Deposits must be sent from your own account — third-party deposits are not accepted. bdbad reserves the right to hold suspicious deposit transactions without processing until verification is complete.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method. Identity verification may be required before processing a large first-time withdrawal. Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
3.3 Transaction Liability
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). In the event of a technical error in a deposit or withdrawal, bdbad will resolve it as quickly as possible. bdbad is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. If a suspicious or fraudulent transaction is identified, the associated account will be immediately placed under investigation and suspended if necessary.
Bonus & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳22,000. The bonus can be claimed only once and cannot be used across multiple accounts.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 total must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings. If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
4.3 General Bonus Policy
- An active and verified account is required to participate in bonus offers
- bdbad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time
- Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash — they are for gameplay use only
- Attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure and all funds may be forfeited
- A maximum bet limit may apply while completing bonus wagering requirements
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated
VIP Program Terms
5.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits
The bdbad VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are set for each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Advancement to a higher tier depends on the nature and level of your activity on the platform. Cashback is processed on a regular weekly basis.
5.2 Conditions for Using VIP Benefits
VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. Cashback funds credited to the account may be subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. bdbad reserves the right to change the structure and terms of the VIP program at any time. Extended inactivity may result in a reduction in VIP tier.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Guarantee
All games on bdbad are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Every outcome is determined completely impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a complaint is received regarding manipulation of any game or bet outcome, bdbad will conduct a proper investigation.
6.2 Prohibited Betting Behavior
The following behavior is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties:
- Strategic betting with the intent to abuse bonuses
- Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
- Collusion or conspiring with other players
6.3 Game-Related Provisions
During technical issues (disconnection, server errors), the outcome of any ongoing game or bet will be determined in accordance with company policy. For sports betting, if an event is cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the stake is generally refunded. Some games require bets to be placed within a specific time window. In the case of any disputed outcome, bdbad's decision is final.

10.1 Changes to Terms
bdbad reserves the right to modify any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be given as much advance notice as reasonably possible for significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
10.2 Account Cancellation
Users may request account closure at any time — through the support team. If a breach of terms, fraud, or an underage user is identified, bdbad may close the account and forfeit the balance without notice.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These terms, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between bdbad and the user. If any clause of these terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect. The Bengali version of these terms shall be considered the authoritative version.
